Meillä useasti ilta päätetäänkin rauhoittavan puuron parissa ja on ihan pakko vähän hehkuttaa: suorastaan rakastan tätä iltapalaa!

Laid back – iltapuuro (kahdelle)
2 dl gluteenittomia kaurahiutaleita
4 dl kookosmaitoa
1 dl vettä
0,5 tl suolaa
hillo:
200 g sulaneita / tuoreita mustikoita
2 rkl chia-siemeniä
vaniljajauhetta
1 tl Terranova Kaura&Kirsikka Super-Blendiä
ripaus ceylonin kanelia

Murskaa mustikat haarukalla, lisää sekaan chia-siemenet sekä vaniljajauhe. Sekoita hyvin ja anna valmistua puuron keiton ajan. Sekoita kookosmaito, vesi ja kaurahiutaleet kattilassa, lisää mukaan suola. Keitä hämmennellen noin 15 minuuttia. Kun puuro on valmis, anna sen jäähtyä hetken. Lisää Kaura&Kirsikka Super-Blend mustikka-chiahillon sekaan, sekoita hyvin. Nauti hieman jäähtynyt puuro hyvää tekevän hillon kera, koristele lopuksi kanelilla.
