Here at Wellberries I follow my passion to create tasty, nutritious, gluten and dairy free food. I’ve always been interested in food, actually so much so, that I studied food science and economics at a university. Later on, I became very interested in health and nutrition as well, and studied a bit more – to become a nutritional health coach.
Nowadays my ambition is to create recipes that are not only delicious but that are good for you too. They are always gluten free, dairy free and mostly plant based. Sometimes organic eggs, goat milk and grass fed meat is used, but sparingly.
When not cooking, I spend time with my little girl, family and friends. We live in Helsinki, but when ever it’s possible I ran off to our summer place in the middle of Finland. There we have this little island surrounded by lakes and forest, and endless amount of wild berries everywhere.
